The property was luxurious with super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff with guest relations manager, I really enjoyed the stay. The bedroom was spotless and brand-new. The beds were comfy and I had a free safe, a balcony, and a hair dryer. This location was good and fab, right by Playa de las Américas as well as own beach.

The food was fabulous, drinks were cool. This hotel was located in a very central area very close to the nicest restaurants in the resort, shops / restaurants and a cafe.
